Solo Trattoria is a full service caterer. We offer gourmet food for all types of occasions.
Solo specializes in more than just delivering food. Solo has an experienced staff of servers
and bartenders to cater to any event, large or small. Our belief is that all catering needs
are different, which is why we customize menus and service for each event.


We can accommodate any staffing needs your event may require. Our servers areavailable for set-up and
clean-up insuring your event runs effortlessly and that every detail is taken care of. Our knowledgeable
bartenders are available in many capacities to accomadate your guest's needs.


Because your menu is tailor fit to your event any special touches can be added at your request. From a
favorite food or ingredient to a uniquely yours custom made sauce. Solo will try to accomodate your
ideas, as well as help you in the direction to make your event successful.
